Speaker Presentation

Strengthening Your Equity Portfolio through Co-Investing
Co-investing has been growing in popularity. Viewed by investors as lower cost alternatives to typical private equity investments, co-investing has been on the rise. In this session, we will explore some of the key areas for consideration by co-investors, such as:
• Agreeing on economic conditions
• Determining the investment structure – what’s in your best interest
• Aligning interests – reconciling the needs of the co-investor and sponsor
• Agreeing to the terms of the underlying transaction documents
