An international speaker, Franklin J Parker, CFA, is Chief Investment Officer with Bright Wealth Management, a Dallas-based RIA founded to serve the decedents of famed Texas oilman and former Dallas Cowboys owner, Bum Bright; they have recently opened their infrastructure to outside clients, as well. Franklin has published more than half a dozen papers in various journals and trade publications, and he currently serves as a peer-reviewer for the Journal of Wealth Management. In addition to being a CFA charterholder, Franklin was the recipient of the 2017 National Association of Active Investment Managers Founder’s Award for Investment Research. Though reared on the family cattle ranch in central Texas, Franklin, his wife and three children, now call Dallas their home.
