Apache Industrial Services is a soft crafts services business to the energy sector broadly speaking – we perform scaffolding, insulation, fireproofing, refractory and coatings and linings services in operating facilities and on capital projects throughout the USA. We currently employ over 4,000 highly skilled and talented craftsmen that work hard every day, with Apache Pride, to prove value to our customers/partners.
Apache is a service business and as such, our success is 100% about our people, our craftsmen. It is our strong belief that if we create a place where craftsmen want to be – if we are the employer of choice in the marketplace – the rest will take care of itself. To do this, people need to be able to make a difference – to feel and be part of something. They cannot be marginalized or made to feel like a number.

And…we have only just begun. We are actively making significant capital investments in the parts of our business that we believe will deliver the greatest future value and benefits to our craftsmen and our customers.
One area of investment is 'The Tribe,' a mobile application with a purpose:
1) Provide a direct line of communication between Apache's craftsmen (active and prospective) and the company that offers tangible and intangible value to our greatest asset, our people. This is all about empowering the 98% of the Apache organization that actually does the work

3) Deliver access to our customer, in a manner that provides real visibility into our craftsmen qualifications, availability, wages and per diem movements, certification and training, risk and performance

Another area of investment is our Houston-area Craft Training Center and Shop Facility which among other things will provide Apache with a venue to provide both classroom and field-based assessments and training of our workforce.
The objective of these investments is straight forward: i) strengthen the ties between Apache and its greatest asset – its people; and ii) provide the highest quality craftsmen to our customers.
The combination of these assets present a proprietary and new way to conduct business in a human capital short environment – we are certain these investments will inure to the benefit of Apache and its customer base.
Apache has been blessed with success in recent years – our consistent safety track record while experiencing meaningful growth is the indicator we are most proud of – simply put, the result of the hard work of thousands of committed craftsmen and women. Apache's 2015 TRIR is 0.14 on over 5.7 million man-hours.
