New Orleans is a place steeped in traditions. So, too, is The Roosevelt. The luxury hotel marks 5pm each day with an introduction to gumbo, a classic local dish. The building itself retains the charm and grace of its original 1908 Beaux Arts Maison Blanche building. The spa’s Voodoo Ritual captures the soul of the city in a pampering treatment. And the Davenport Lounge highlights one of New Orleans’ most important creative outlets: music.
