Speaker Bio
For the last 7 years, Cindy Gross has been leading reliability and maintenance organizations in the four Flint Hills Resources Olefin facilities. Prior to that, Cindy has had a 30 plus year career that has focused on improving manufacturing results through the reliability processes. She has worked with various Chemical and Refining companies in Site and Corporate roles. Cindy is known for leaving a legacy of safe, reliable production as well as a highly developed organization. Cindy’s focuses the organizations on developing and improving capabilities that improve results.

Cindy has a Bachelors of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MS.
