Speaker Bio
Reginald Joseph has more than 35 years in Process Controls Engineering and Controls Automations Engineering in both Petrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals production. An Alumni of Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA and Arizona State University, Phoenix, AZ. Mr Joseph has utilized his skills in Oil and Gas, and Chemical at home and abroad. In his 35 year tenure, Mr Joseph has worked for Marathon Refining and Ashland Petroleum (Garyville, LA.), Valero Refining Corp. (St. Charles), Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure (Baton Rouge, LA), Western Refining Company (Gallup, NM), Chemtura Corp. (Gastonia, NC), and presently Lanxess Solutions (Cologne, Germany). In his career, Mr Joseph has implemented, managed, steered and coordinated countless technical projects and control system upgrades utilizing plethora of control platforms, including; Honeywell, Emerson, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Foxboro, Rosemount and Fisher control systems.

In his present role as a Global Principle Process Controls and Automations Engineer, he functions as an intricate part of Lanxess Solutions PCT / PTSE Global Project Management and Digitalization team.

The mission of PCT / PTSE, formerly Global Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality Assurance, is to support Site Engineers and Quality Professionals throughout the USA, Canada and periodically the UK and Asia’s manufacturing market with global platforms and tools for managing capital projects and customer specifications, leveraging technical knowledge and skills and improving product and process quality. The team is instrumental in promoting, establishing and maintaining corporate standards of performance for new product development, project and quality management systems and providing hands-on help to sites and businesses with critical needs.
