In today's environment, it is imperative that manufacturing deliver safe, reliable production efficiently and effectively. We need systems that enable our workforce to contribute at a higher level while simultaneously delivering consistent, improved manufacturing performance.

This session will explore the application of digitization and process control to manufacturing processes, the tenets that enable success, and the resulting benefits.


Speaker Bio
Michelle is the Global Adhesives, Manufacturing Director responsible for production results at six sites in the USA, Mexico, Asia and Europe. She has held leadership roles in Engineering, Manufacturing and Technology and contributed to scale-up for new product commercialization in multiple businesses across Eastman. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for overseeing and coordinating global resourcing to support top corporate growth and global expansion needs. Michelle holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and is the recent recipient of a 2019 National Association of Manufacturers Women in Manufacturing Award.
